About me
I got my first camera while the end of my philosophy studies was close, as a way to have a creative outlet which I thought would be video. One month after buying it, I stumbled upon a Bruce Gilden exhibition. I was always very observant of my surrounding, and seeing that the camera could be used to capture candid moments in the streets made it very clear to me that I had to do it too.
To afford photography books and new lenses, I have a corporate job (and I will not even pretend I love it here).
about the blog
This blog will talk about photography as an art form and I will avoid as much as I can to get into gear talk. You can expect to find interviews, book reviews, small essays and sometimes provocative thoughts. I already discussed photographers on my youtube channel, but creating videos takes more time than writing and I miss writing, which was something I did a lot during my studies. To make sure not to miss anything, you can subscribe to my newsletter by using the form below (no spam, I promise).
